A good bagel with a yummy schmear is one of my favorite breakfasts. This pumpkin cream cheese spread is full of fall flavors and tastes delicious on bagels.
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Whip cream cheese in a medium-large bowl with an electric hand mixer until cream cheese is smooth.
Add pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Beat until completely combined and smooth.
Store covered in the refrigerator.
