Honey Butter

This honey butter is super easy to make and tastes amazing served on biscuits, english muffins, toast, sliced warm bread, pancakes, and waffles.

Honey Butter

By Valerie Kukahiko Serves: 2 cups


  • 1 cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract



Add butter to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat butter on medium-high with paddle attachment for 2 minutes, scraping down the bowl as needed.


Add honey and vanilla extract. Beat for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl then beat for another 30 seconds.


Store honey butter covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 months, or at room temperature for a few days.
